Online Print is entering a transformative phase. Customers no longer separate digital experience from physical products—they expect both worlds to blend seamlessly. Personalization, instant availability, trustworthy brand communication and intelligent automation shape the new competitive landscape. AI and GPT-based tools accelerate content creation dramatically, while print gains strategic relevance as the premium, tangible outcome of the digital journey. This advanced one-day masterclass reveals how Online Print works in 2026: creator-driven, AI-powered, platform-centric and designed for profitable print-on-demand production—up to and including single-copy fulfilment. Led by Bernd Zipper, one of Europe’s leading experts for digital print business models, this seminar offers deep insights, practical orientation and a clear view into the future of our industry.
What’s New and Essential in 2026?
Creator Publishing & Creator Print-on-Demand
Creators now operate like micro-brands, producing their own books, merchandise, cards, artwork and packaging. They seek reliable partners who can deliver fast, flexible and high-quality print production. This session explores how to build creator-centric workflows, how to integrate communities into your customer funnel and how you can become part of a rapidly expanding value chain.
Online-Print Ordering Inside GPT
A game-changing shift: customers will increasingly order print without ever visiting a shop—directly inside a GPT. The AI generates layouts, prepares metadata, calculates pricing and transmits print-ready files automatically. For print providers, this becomes a new sales channel, a powerful white-label partnership model and a frictionless interface to entirely new customer groups.
GPT-Driven Publishing Workflows
Content creation is accelerating beyond human workflows. Books from plot ideas, magazines from presentation slides, packaging design variations from short prompts—AI converts concepts into printable, consistent and brand-safe content. This module demonstrates how to orchestrate these workflows and turn them into profitable services.
Future Trends 2025–2026
Consumers expect authenticity, curation, fast solutions and personal relevance. AI automates complexity but increases the value of meaningful, high-quality physical products. Online Print companies who combine these expectations with scalable mass customization, creator partnerships and smart automation will define the next growth phase of the industry.
